Cancellation Policy
Please note that there is a 25% cancellation fee for appointments that are canceled less than 48 hours in advance. This fee also applies to clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment. Additionally, if a client arrives more than 20 minutes past their scheduled appointment time, it will be considered a no-show and the cancellation fee will be applied.
